Spill Closes NW 2nd St Southbound in Des Moines - Issued 10:27 AM

An oil spill has closed both southbound lanes of Northwest 2nd Street -- or Iowa Highway 415 -- a block north of Northwest 43rd Avenue, near Firestone, in Des Moines. It is unknown how long these lanes will be closed.
