I-29 NB to I-480 WB Closed in Council Bluffs - Issued 12:00 PM

The Interstate 480 westbound on ramp from Interstate 29 northbound is closed in Council Bluffs due to an overturned semi-trailer truck.  Motorists should use Interstate 80 westbound for Omaha traffic.
