I-29 Now Closed Between Sioux City and Sloan - Issued 2:13 PM

Interstate 29 has been closed in both directions as white out conditions have caused multiple vehicle crashes in at least the southbound lanes.  Motorists are instructed to exit I-29 southbound at the Singing Hills Boulevard exit in Sioux City.  Those traveling northbound on I-29 will be required to exit at Sloan.  It is unknown how long the interstate will be closed at this time.
