Iowa Highway 9 lanes reopened in Winneshiek county near Ridgeway - Issued 4:44 PM
All lanes have reopened to normal traffic on Iowa Highway 9, 1 mile west of Ridgeway. Highway had been closed in both directions due to a multi-vehicle crash.
