The left two lanes of Interstate 235 eastbound are blocked near 35th St. in West Des Moines due to a multiple vehicle crash. Motorist are advised to merge right, use caution, watch for emergency crews, equipment, and to obey law enforcement. At this time it is unknown when the route will fully reopen.
