I-235 WB Blocked in West Des Moines - Issued 8:46 AM

Interstate 235 westbound is blocked at 22nd Street in West Des Moines by a multi-vehicle collision. All three driving lanes are closed at this time, and traffic is continuing to back up miles on the freeway.  Motorists are advised to use an alternate route to reach their destination.
