Iowa 38 Closed in Monticello. - Issued 6:05 PM

Iowa 38 is closed in both directions at mile marker 63.5 due to water over roadway.  Incident is in the town of Monticello.  Unknown to length of closure at this time.  Use caution and follow marked detour.
