Iowa 21 Reduced to One Lane Near Belle Plaine. - Issued 5:15 PM

IA 21 is reduced to one lane between mile markers 57-58 due to water over the roadway.  DOT crew is on scene flagging traffic.  Unknown to length of closure at this time.  Use caution and expect some delays.
