Interstate 380 Closed in Cedar Rapids - Issued 11:34 AM

A crash has closed the southbound lanes Interstate 380, just north of the Cedar River bridge.  A second crash in the same area of the northbound lanes has traffic congested northbound.  Motorists are urged to use caution and if at all possible use alternate route.
