Interstate 35 northbound in Hamilton County is at a stand still due to traffic incidents as a result of heavy and blowing snow.  The area that is affected is from Exit 128 (Randall/Stanhope) north to Exit 144 (Williams).  Motorists are urged to avoid this area.
