Interstate 29 Southbound in Sioux City is Now Open - Issued 12:02 PM

The right lane of southbound Interstate 29 at milemarker 146 in Sioux City is now open.  The lane had been closed all morning while crews removed material from a semi tractor crash that happened early this morning.
