Crash Closes US 61 Near Jackson-Clinton County Line - Issued 11:38 AM

A semi-truck crash has closed both southbound lanes of US Highway 61, about a mile south of Maquoketa near the Jackson-Clinton County line.  Law enforcement officers on scene are directing traffic onto a detour route.  Motorists in that area should use caution and stay alert for slow-moving vehicles and personnel on foot.
