Interstate 35 Southbound Closed at Elkhart Exit #96 - Issued 3:08 PM

Interstate 35 southbound is closed at the Elkhart exit #96.  Traffic is being routed off at the Elkhart exit to US highway 69.  It is unknown at this time when the southbound lanes will reopen.
