IA 38 Northbound Right Lane Closed North of Monticello. - Issued 8:11 PM

The northbound right lane is closed on Iowa 38 three miles north of Monticello due to a two car incident.  State Patrol is on the scene and directing traffic.  Unknown to length of closure at this time.
