Semi-truck Cleared, I-80 Reopened - Issued 11:57 AM

Interstate 80 in Adair County has opened after a jack-knifed semi-truck had blocked its westbound lanes more than an hour ago.  The truck has been cleared from the highway's lanes, and traffic is moving normally at this time.
